Men of TRAD is an initiative of AWWATF UK. Men of TRAD aims to serve as a central resource hub dedicated to uplift and empower Black men in the UK. We are dedicated to fostering holistic family well-being, professional development, and entrepreneurial success. Men of TRAD offers tailored services, support, and resources to help Black men thrive in their personal lives, careers, and business ventures, addressing systemic challenges while building a stronger, more prosperous community.

Family well-being/Mental health
Offer resources that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being for Black men and their families.
Facilitate workshops on parenting, relationships, and financial literacy tailored to Black family dynamics.
Create a safe space for mental health conversations, addressing stigma within the community.
Professional development
Provide career coaching, mentoring, and skill-building workshops to help Black men advance or transition into new fields.
Connect participants with opportunities for networking and leadership training, focusing on addressing workplace discrimination and barriers.
Develop partnerships with corporations and institutions committed to diversity and inclusion to create pathways for Black men into high-impact roles.
Entrepreneurship Support
Establish a business incubator program offering mentorship, funding guidance, and business development training to aspiring and established Black entrepreneurs.
Build a network of Black business owners to foster collaboration, resource sharing, and collective growth.
Provide access to legal, financial, and marketing expertise to help Black entrepreneurs overcome challenges and scale their ventures.
Investments opportunities
we are dedicated to empowering Black men in the United Kingdom by providing tailored investment opportunities and comprehensive financial assessments. We aim to address the economic barriers faced by Black men by offering access to capital, business mentorship, and expert advice. Through personalized financial assessments, we help individuals and businesses understand their financial health, identify growth opportunities, and connect them with impact-driven investors. Our mission is to close the wealth gap, foster financial independence, and create long-term economic stability for Black men across the UK.
